Stuffing Mixes

 

Sage and Onion Stuffing

A blend of natural rubbed sage and onion, together with spice extracts to produce a standardised flavour profile.

Thyme and Parsley Stuffing

A balanced blend of natural herbs and spices to give a pleasant balanced flavour profile.

Turkey Stuffing

A mild herby flavour containing rubbed herbs and ground spices to complement the flavour of the poultry.

Apple Stuffing

A sweeter stuffing mix containing diced apple and an apple flavour with a hint of rubbed herbs for the visual effect.

Chestnut Stuffing

As above but containing chestnut flavour. Does not contain nuts due to concerns with regard to allergies. Diced chestnuts may be added at point of manufacture.

Herb and Garlic Stuffing

A well balanced blend of rubbed and ground herbs combined with ground spices and blended garlic powders, to produce a pleasant flavour profile, a small proportion of dried onion adds to the appearance, however this can be supplemented with the addition of fresh mint.

Lemon & Pepper Stuffing

A breadcrumb based mix, containing a blend of several herbs and spices to produce a warm mellow peppery flavour. This is not a 'hot' stuffing as emphasis has been placed on flavour value rather than a heat note, the presence of lemon oils gives a distinctive profile suitable for poultry products.

Mediterranean Stuffing

A breadcrumb based mix, containing tomato powder and several blended spices to give a Mediterranean feel. Visual appearance is enhanced by the incorporation of several herbs and peppers together with dehydrated onion. A mild flavoured stuffing ideal for pork products.

Pork & Tomato Stuffing

A balanced blend of spices and tomato powder to produce a subtle hint of tomato flavour in the product, breadcrumb based not too heady.

Lemon Thyme & Parsley Stuffing

A blend of ten herbs and spices together with lemon oil and natural breadcrumbs to produce a balanced flavour profile. Suitable for poultry and pork products or the production of stuffing balls.

Bell Pepper Stuffing

A blend of natural herbs and spices together with diced red and green bell peppers produce a pleasing visual effect with a mild spice background note.

Tarragon Stuffing

Pleasant use of herbs and spices with rubbed tarragon leaves to produce a mild buttery flavour, suitable for pork and poultry.

Apple & Herb Stuffing

A slightly sweeter blend, containing apple dices and an apple flavour together with rubbed herbs for that visual effect.

Apple & Chestnut Stuffing

A blend of herbs & spices, together with apple and chestnut flavours, contains diced apple. Diced chestnut can be added at the mixing stage if required.

Lemon & Parsley Stuffing

A balanced blend of herbs & spices with a slightly citrus note to complement poultry dishes. Rubbed parsley and sage provide a visual effect.

Mint Stuffing

A tasty alternative to mint sauce, contains rubbed mint and a mint flavour. Ideal for lamb based products.
