Tendaglaze provides superior flavour profile and exceptional mouthfeel to glazed meat products for the barbeque season (and beyond). Unlike traditional glazes, Tendaglaze retains the moisture within the meat creating a juicier, tender product, full of flavour. Product yields are vastly improved and as this new technology is based on fruit extracts there are no E-numbers to worry about. A winner for both the butcher and consumer! The range now includes Tendaglaze Chinese, Barbeque, Hot ‘n Spicy, and Mint. July 2008 Blendex changes its name to MOGUNTIA Food Ingredients UK Ltd.
Following the acquisition of Blendex Food Ingredients Ltd. by the Swiss based MOGUNTIA group in 2006 we now believe the time is right for us to adopt a new name: MOGUNTIA Food Ingredients UK Ltd. Over the past 18 months we have focused on strengthening the foundations of the business and aligning it to the group. We have invested considerably in our people as well as our facility. Being part of the MOGUNTIA group has also allowed us to take advantage of group synergies in particular those of purchasing, research and new product development. Our depth of technical knowledge has expanded with our links to the groups AROTOP research and development centre in Mainz, and we can now offer an exciting range of the latest technological products as part of our portfolio. Our continued focus is on customer service and quality as our primary goal in developing excellent bespoke products that offer real value to our customers. This doctrine is synonymous with the Quality Guarantee that customers associate with the MOGUNTIA name. A new name is analogous to a new beginning, a new character, a new vision, a newer and brighter future. It is a departure from the old.
