In 2002 the facility underwent a major reinvestment program and now operates from a 4,800 square metre facility in Hetton-Le-Hole. Our purpose built new factory conforms to the highest standards of quality and hygiene and consists of 1,700 square metre production unit, 2,500 square metre warehouse, 300 square metre technical centre and 300 square metres of administration to provide a production capability in excess of 200 tonnes per week. Although the business has grown significantly, we have maintained our much envied flexibility, producing blends from as low as 50 Kg to many tonnes, packed in any format from 200 gr to 25 Kg. In 2004 a liquid processing facility was commissioned to produce bespoke liquid marinades and sauces, with flexibility from 200 Kg batches to 1000 Kg batches.
